The design
The university offers monospecific and bispecific Fas-targeting antibody technology. It describes recognition of a hypoglycosylated or nonglycosylated Fas form in tested tumor settings and proposes additional tumor-antigen anchoring for selectivity.
The proposed bispecific architecture couples a Fas-binding arm with an ovarian tumor-associated anchor. The listing’s safety language is a technology proposition, not proof of patient safety.
Evidence described publicly
The public listing summarizes antibody formats and proposed functional selectivity; the linked 2023 Fas paper supplies peer-reviewed mechanistic context. Full development-stage details require direct PI and tech-transfer confirmation.
